Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken Admission for higher study in NIBM, Chennai and NIBM has forwarded my study materials via GMS EXPRESS PRIVATE LIMITED. My consignment No and booking date is[protected], Saturday , June 15 , 2013 16:22 Hrs. They have booked the consignment on 15th June at TRIVANDRUM. But on 18th June 2013 at 15:38 Hrs they have forwarded that to Bangalore office. I have tried to contact Kochi office (+91 [protected]) and Mr. Arjun has confirmed me that they have sent the same to Bangalore Office and Later I have tried to contact Bangalore office and from Bangalore office they have confirmed me that on 19th June 2013 they have received and forwarded the same to Mumbai. I have tried to contact Mumbai office but as per Mumbai office they have not yet received any consignment with consignment number[protected] yet.
I would like to inform you that I need those books to get ready for my exams. But the courier service is not clarifying the exact status of those.
Please guide me to get my study material as soon as possible.
