I have taken admission in IBT near Moga bus stand which is an institute that gives coaching for competitive exams in February 2013. Now approximately 2 months have passed away and they have not provided the coaching regularly and properly as the director [Gagan Bansal] of the institute promised me while taking a fee of Rs. 6500.
They told me to give 2 hours of coaching daily and now they are not providing it and causing a lot of problems including my study as well as money loss.DIRECTOR MISBEHAVES ANYTIME HE WANT.
A BOGUS INSTITUTE OR SHOULD I SAY A SHOP ONLY.
UNREASINABLE TEACHERS AND ALOT OF THINGS THAT MAKES IT EVEN MORE WORST..
I have talked to the head office of IBT in Jalandhar but still they have not responded.
Sir I hereby request you to take the necessary steps to solve my problem.
