[Resolved]  Priyadarshini College of Computer Sciences — Security & Scholarship Money Refund

Sir/Mam, I have been the student of this college which is affiliated to "Gautam Buddh Technical University (GBTU)" Lucknow. I have taken the admission in 2007 in BTECH-EI program-me. I have completed my engineering in 2011. At the time of admission i deposit Rs. 5,000 as the security money to the college. Money is refundable and recently I ask them to refund the security money but the said you will get the money once the Director comes to the college, when I asked them when the director comes, they told me it’s not certain, she comes whenever she wants. This is not a satisfactory response I got from the people in accounts department. They expect me to come every day and check if the Director has come or not? Same is the case with my scholarship amount. In my final year, I got a scholarship of Rs. 48, 000. This amount was neither adjusted in my fee nor is refunded to me till date. Whenever I go to my college and ask them to refund my scholarship money they always ask me to come some other day. I am trying to get my money from past 4 months, and it’s the same story every time. I am really disappointed and tired of visiting college again and again, they say we will refund the money in 2 weeks, in 1 week etc. but they are still not giving the right response.
