I have joined BCA (LA) in Vinayaka Mission and paid amount of 6500 as admission fee on JULY 2012. Still now I didn't receive any study materials or even enrollment number. Every time I used to call chitra and ask about my exam date she didn't give proper response. Before when I'm joining she used to call many times and said its a last date to pay fee else you can't able to attend exam on DEC 2012. So I believed her words and I kept my bike in finance and paid the amount to Zen Institute, Coimbatore. In the month of January when I call chitra she told to pay exam fee but exam date not conformed when I ask then how much I supposed to pay and exam paper details, she refused to say and hang the call once again I made a call to her. Then she gave Alex number and said he is in-charge. I ask him politely regarding my enrollment number he said will say in few hours but I didn't receive any call from him. Then I directly called Vinayaka Mission they said your application is in hold don't pay the fee until we inform to you. "Guys look at this I paid fee on July, when i called university on January they told still my application in progress". Later I called Alex and asked for refund he raised his voice and used bad words its really disappointing I lost money and my bike too. Guys please don't pay in this institute and don't lost your money as I lost. Hope I will get justice by consumer complaints. Was this information helpful? |
