I am holding L I C policy Number[protected] in my sons name Mr clinton Pereira in LIC branch 906 which is at Fort.
I have received an intimation from the said branch on 21 december 2011 , that the survival benifit of Rupees 30,000/-
is due on 28 mach 2012 , I would like to inform that the same has not been received as of date.
I request the Lic branch to make the payment along with interest failing which I wiill appeal to the ombudsaman
awaiting for a reply fro Lic branch 906
