[Resolved]  The Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd — INSURANCE CLAIM PENDING SINCE LAST 10 YEARS

This is to inform you that the Bus No. BR/41P-1730 was insured with Ranchi Branch Office (city Branch Office IV) of Oriental Insurance Company Limited for the period 24.02.2000 to 23.03.2000 via policy no. 332204/31/2000/3494. The said vehicle had met with an accident on 23.03.2000.
The information in this regard was given to the company and on receipt of claim form the same was duly filled up and submitted all necessary documents.
It is very painful to inform you that despite of our regular complaints and submission of all the relevant documents to the branch and other higher offices we are neither getting the claim nor it has been informed that the claim has been rejected. We received the latest letter on 29/03/2011 by Ranchi Branch Office (city Branch Office – IV) stating that they are not getting our files 7 the claim stands closed. We have always submitted the documents at the branch as per demand requirement whenever the officials asked us to submit. But we are getting unnecessarily harassed by the company since last 10 years by not giving us claim or any proper positive reply.
So I hereby request you to look into the matter and take necessary action in this regard and comply our plight by getting us reimbursed with the claim pending at the earliest. I request you to expedite the matter on a priority basis. Please treat it urgent.
