Intas — Minoxidil compound is separated from alcohol and settled down inside the bottle for Morr F10 %

I have purchased a morr F10% solution with Mfg Date July 2020. While using that solution I have noticed that the minoxidil compound is turned into christal like compound and it's settled down inside the bottle ( segregated from alcohol). I have been using morr F10 % from last 1.5 years but have not noticed this kind of scenario. Could you please explain the reason behind that ?/ Or i have received a faulty product.
