Integrated Enterprises — harsh & rude behaviour in karaikudi branch

I had 4 demat accounts in Integrated Enterprises Karaikudi branch.

We started there in April 2024. Initially there were no trouble.

But after 2 months your colleagues [ Name : Preetha ] started declining my calls during Trade hours and didn’t gave my tips & ideas about investing in equity. If I ask them about that they are telling silly reasons like tower coverage issues or something like that.

Then one of your colleagues [ Name : Revathi ] started me compelling to invest in mutual funds rather than equity. But we don’t like mutual funds.

We like to invest only in equity.

This started the serious trouble. There after if we visit your branch for any official needs or to know the trade status they started to behave in very rude & harsh manner.

I also contacted Ms.Anitha for grievance redressal but she too didn’t take proper action.

So we decided to transfer all my shares to different company in November 2025.

So I visited your branch and at that time we gave the necessary papers to your colleague [ Name : Revathi ] and came home and later she had tried to wrongly transfer my shares to different company which was not mentioned by me and that was then found by me and asked her about it she told me to "come again and do the procedures again”.

So again I done that again by visiting your branch again.

Then I asked her to send the closure form by mail so that I will take print of it and do the same. But she refused and told me to come to branch directly in very rude manner.

After that also I gave all papers correctly your Chennai branch colleague [ Name : L.Venkatesh ] contacted me and told that I would need to send the Target CMR Copy by courier and not by email which would not be accepted.

But he had processed the same for 1st account and refused for 2nd & 3rd accounts.

So we contacted SEBI SRO they told that sending physical CMR Copies is not necessary as per the Circular dated April 2022.

Then I told the same to your colleague then only he processed and transferred all my shares to different company in January 2026.

Kindly think how many delays and trouble and frustration they had caused.

Also your colleague [ Name : Revathi ] compelled me to call Ms.Anitha and tell that everything is fine and no problems with her in Karaikudi branch. So because of her compulsion I had done so. But not with my full satisfaction.

The reason why I am writing this to you is because if your colleagues behave like this then you may lose many valuable clients like us.

We didn’t expect this kind of harsh behaviour in your company.

We request you to kindly take necessary actions regarding this.
