Hi friends,

Recently i joined the big data hadoop training online - all in one combo. At intellipaat. When inquired the course their customer executive made big big commitment.. After payment check the course content, it was disaster. Video and pdf contents are not interactive, not clearly visible. Alos couse content were old one.

1. Cheating to customers
They promise something else and give something else
2. Quality of their training is too too too too too too bad
3. They have nothing called "customer satisfaction"

Request you to not join intellipaat. Wort online course in.

I don’t know how you come to know about this type of problem. Intellipaat is providing excellent online training with in depth coverage of topics via +15 Industry experienced trainers with good video quality. We didn’t receive any complaint so far from our existing learners. All of them are happy with our courses and always praise our materials quality.
There are n numbers of demo videos available with good quality. As you said that you have purchased Hadoop all in one, so for that we want to notify you that our course content is already updated and we are providing latest technology courses. If further any updates will come in future then we will update our course and you can learn that @ free of cost because we are providing life time access to our learners. When you talk about our support process so I would like to tell you that we are providing 24*7 support to our learners and still the query cannot be resolved then we also provide one to one interactive session with trainers without any additional fee.
The curriculum for any course at Intellipaat is very strategically designed so that you remain focused to the important areas only that are relevant to the industry.

Same has happened with me too and I called their support to get my issues resolved they have said many students are facing this issue and they are in process of changing their course content. Can they pls let us know why they are still selling the course if they also know they need alterations ? Are we sitting here to waste our money and kill our time ?

Also they never sent me the same pdf they have used for their training The reason behind this is still a mystery. The support team cannot communicate in good English also.
I have a very similar experience. I enrolled for Hadoop Admin and Advance Admin course and I was shocked to see the extremely quality of the course content . I am going to elaborate my complaint in a week's time if they don't update the course with latest version . I will spread the message in Twitter and Facebook and other social media and I encourage you to do the same . Do not let the cons go away without getting punished ... They 're robbers .

I have received a response from the Intellipaat team .They have made some changes in the course and have agreed to enroll me for the online class for the course I registered .

No productive change in the course .They did not even enroll me for online class even after promise . My entire money is wasted as they are denying the refund . The entire staff is feeding on my money(INR 1200) ...Big time cheaters .This is how they make deal s--so beaware

As per the promises we have upgraded the Course of Hadoop Admin for you and also promised to allow you to join the Hadoop Admin Online Course that too free of cost but still you have shared this feedback for Intellipaat. Okay, so Intellipaat has offered to provide online tutor for the Hadoop Admin session, which is good .
They did what they promised as the offline material wasn't of any help .

    I was an employee with this bizzare company so I know everything...no company on this planet can be bad than this one .

    1. Cheating to Customers

    Now talking about working at this place:
    1. HR Blabbering
    2. Both the Husband-Wife (CEOs) of company are ridiculous people but they think they are intelligent. they shout on employees in a way that no one will even think of talking in such manner even with servants. They treat every employee (from manager to intern) as there slaves
    especily, mrs. sh***i, is a dumb, and this is one thing which is said by employee current or ex...
    3. worst management, if they see any employee sitting free for 2 minutes, they will shout
    4. no freedom to do anything. prison like environment...

    So what I want to says is "never choose this company for buying courses and working as employe"

    Intellipaat take pride in keeping a strong team of people who really wants to learn and grow. Keeping garbage is of no use hence bad hiring makes other bad.

    You have been fired from Intellipaat hence these comments were expected. It's better you improve yourself rather than crying about your fate. Last but not least everyone respects good employees and noone cares about bad employees hence make yourself good.

    We know who we are and who is intelligent and fool. You are very smart hence got terminated from the company.
    When it comes to online class or training, most of the people thinks that it wouldn't be worthy and go for class room training even I had the same thoughts before but after doing a course with Intellipaat Training my thoughts changed. Keep it up.

      They took the 50% work.

      Then they started avoiding when I asked for payment.

        Its such a terrible company that it can't be explained in words. They will hire you as an engineer, and will ask you to do sales calling, and digital marketing. Their HR is worse and i doubt she has a real degree. The environment is like school and you will have to listen to HR jabbering and screaming all day long.

        You will be asked to come on sundays and festivals also.

        * If you give them notice period they will tell you that your salary will come late as mentioned in the appointment letter, Trust me that salary never comes, they have done this to 3-4 employees.
        You can be fired within 3 days, not a big deal for them.

The workload, usually no matter what position you hold, is very challenging as the company is growing at a rocket's pace.

        Intellipaat is providing Self-Paced & Instructor Led Online Courses with 24x7 Lifetime Access & Support. Our training team, along with industry experts who come with more than 18 years of experience, craft the course and its content themselves.         Navneet Kaur - You are the one of the employees who eats and create hole in the same plate.

        You joined as fresher still remembers in the dreams of freshers even after giving training you were not able to scale. Yes employees are important but good employees are important who take ownership and do hard work to impact the things instead of cribbing for each and everything.

        You need to also understand that you are working in startup instead of Infosys or Wipro and the reason is very simple that you didnt have brains to clear their rounds and that the reason you want to work and earn hence choose startup for working.

        We are growing in employee count and customer base and the reason is simple we all as Intellipaat family do hardwork and satisfy our customer and helps them achieve their end goals but its unfortunate that you are immature to understand all these.

        I do understand your concern but what I would like to advice you is that no company in industry believes in unprofessional employees. We are a startup that is tremendously growing and our exponential growth shows how much hardwork the employees put in. If you are unaware how work is done in professional environment, then I would rather wish you all the best for job search but I am really afraid for you.

        And yes, people who go without providing notice periods, the may face serious consequences. But nevertheless, Intellipaat stll wishes all the best to you for rest of your life. Enjoy!!!
        Looking at the comments from Intellipaat looks like they take every comment in a negative sense. They are so rude.. and I'm sure once they take the payment they would be even more rude to the people. I hate these kind of people who talk nicely before payment and don't give a [censored] after the payment.
        None of your users are happy intellipaat. They cry after taking courses from you. I m one of your ex employee and I know the actual things that how you deal with your clients. All the videos are low quality and copied. You are having n numbers of linkedin, facebook and G+ fake IDs which you use to promote(spam) your company. If you want, I do have the list of that ids that I can actually post it somewhere on web.

        If possible, try to treat your clients and employees humbly. They are not your slave. The company is not running by u both the FOUNDERS. It's only possible because of your clients and employees.

        You must have seen any person with name in intellipaat and I m sure you will call this comment also as fake.         Hi all,

        If you are new spark and scala. Please don’t take any classes from intellipaat. It was one of the worst learning experience of my life. When i first called them that i am not happy with the content, they said we will change the instructor. Problem was not the instructor, problem was the support from intellipaat. I had to call 6 different people regarding my complaint but 5 of them just ignore and 6th person changed the instructor for me. So today when i joined the class, i realized this was 3rd class in the course. Since i haven’t learnt much in the first 2 classes i was informed that classes, i will be registered in a new batch .

        And that’s not just it .

        when my video got hanged in the middle of the class, i was not able to attend the class again.
        literally no support from the technical team.
        I will never recommend anyone intellipaat.
        INTELLIPAT is a SCAM and people in it are cheaters and LIARS. Before joining one of the course at INTELLIPAT, I had forwarded there sales rep one of the links in regards to complaints and they conveyed that they don't lie and cheat people. Once I signed up for their course by paying them, they stopped responding to my queries. So far I've sent them 5 emails and am asking for REFUND now... So far not a single response yet.

          Hi Sir/Madam,

          My name is Mohit Sharma, and currently based in Bangalore.
          I had registered for few online courses with an institute
          called Intellipaat. I had registered for around 4 on-line
          courses, and spent nearly 37000 Rs on these courses.
          Suddenly this Sunday they blocked my access to these courses
          telling that I have used 15 IPs to access these courses. Any
          person with little networking knowledge knows that any
          Internet Service Provider (ISP) gives the option of DHCP
          only, where IP can get changed. Very few persons can afford
          static IPs. I have lost my 37000 Rs also (which is a very
          big amount), and no access to the courses.
          Please help me out of this situation. Please let me know if
          you need more information.

          Hi Mohit,

          I do understand the problem which you faced but I discussed with my support team that you tried to access the course from multiple IP's which looks like an unofficial activity. I know that IP's gets changed when you restart the modem but we traced that you tried to access the course from multiple locations and if you say that you only restart the modem then it's not possible that IP's will changed 15-20 times.
          So just stop bragging and complaining as we will be taking strict actions against any illegal activity such as yours.

          The "multiple locations" that this intellipaat support person is harping about is just home and office. I am not an incarnation of god who can access your site from 15-20 locations. The thing is that this institute is facing stiff competition from other reputed institutes like edureka, jigsaw and other MOOC training courses like udemy and hence resorting to such malpractices
          We have more than 2.5 lakh learner learning on our platform why there is only you see such problem, why this use case was so special only for you. We have found serious issues hence due to security breach it has been stopped. If this is generic problem than at least out of 2.5 lakh learner someone more has faced the same. One more thing about competition you talk about if we are facing high competition from your point of view what is benefit of doing such malpractice as anytime we will not be giving access to you for our courses. I would better suggest you instead of involving yourself in cheating better focus on learning that will help for good career growth. All the best for your career
          As he said he is using the office system. It may be possible that when he connects to VPN it is located in a different location. It happens to me that out office servers are in different countries and we get connected to different servers. That could be the reason he is having different locations. Intellipaat should have spoken to him before blocking him. One of the reason for taking online course is flexibility of moving around the planet or via different networks. It is rude of Intellipaat.
