I received a whatsapp message few days back to enroll in a typing job. fill 1000 form in 10 days.I enrolled and submitted my Voter Id card ans email. I was sick for 4 days in between and send email to provide extra time. They asked me to pay Rs1000 for extra time, (not deduct from the earning but pay) I typed 500+ forms. They did not compensate for the work and now they want Rs. 3400 as admin charge.
A Threatening whatsapp message from RIYA SHARMA, quote
"I have all your legal documents. ID proof, mail, ID, mobile number and agreement is everything. What do I do with you now? See. If payment is not made within 30 minutes then you will not get any call or message. Directly FIR should be in your name".
one more message quotes,
"You have 30 minutes. If you do not make payment within 30 minutes to make payment, then you will not get any call or message from here. Legal action will be taken in your name. FIR in your name will be legal, notice warrant and f.i.r. All three copies will come inside your house. The legal team will pick you up. For the court, then your family members will come and pay more than 50, 000."
"Alert! your case is submitted in district court for documents verification. i submit your ID proof, call verification recording, agreement copy and Email verification means your IP address, once i receive court permission then i will take legal action against you so think about your future and pay charges 3500 and settle this issue...
