I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with a situation where someone has posted a fake complaint about you. Dealing with false accusations can be frustrating and challenging. Here are a few steps you can consider taking to address the situation:
1. Stay calm: It's important to maintain composure and not let emotions dictate your response. Taking a measured approach will help you address the situation more effectively.
2. Gather evidence: Collect any evidence that can disprove the false complaint. This could include emails, receipts, or any other relevant documentation that supports your side of the story. Having solid evidence will strengthen your case when responding.
3. Respond politely and professionally: Craft a well-written response addressing the complaint, focusing on facts and evidence. Avoid being defensive or confrontational, as it could escalate the situation further. Stay professional and maintain a respectful tone throughout your response.
4. Utilize appropriate channels: If the fake complaint was posted on a specific platform or website, reach out to the platform's support team or administrators. Report the false complaint, provide the evidence you've gathered, and request that they investigate the matter. They may be able to remove the false complaint or take appropriate action.
5. Encourage positive reviews: If the false complaint is impacting your reputation, you can counteract its effects by encouraging satisfied customers or clients to leave positive reviews or testimonials about your business or services. This can help offset the negative impact of the fake complaint.
6. Seek legal advice if necessary: If the false complaint is causing significant harm to your reputation or affecting your business, it may be advisable to consult with a lawyer. They can provide guidance on the specific legal options available to you and assist in protecting your interests.
Remember, it's important to approach the situation calmly and professionally. Focus on presenting the truth and gathering support from legitimate sources to address the false complaint effectively.

I paid them 1lakh for a fake offer they provide me on a canada job.
They checked my profile and said I am eligible for express entry.
But after when I paid them, they said I need to do IELTS and need this much score to become eligible.
I did all WES and IELTS but since my score was less for ielts I reappeared for exam.
After almost 1year they mailed me they have closed my account with their company. For join again have to pay 35000 to them.
1lakh is a total loss and they did nothing for me. All offers were fake to make me pay them. They wont even help for anything.
