I own a Flat No.R-0134 at BRIGADEBRICKLANE Bangalore at Sy.No. 95 and 97, Kogilu Main Rd, near Brigade Northridge, Jakkur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064, which was handed over to me during October -2021. For carrying out the Interior work at my flat we contacted Interior Company through mail by SQUARE YARD Bangalore during January 2022 and satisfied with their quote (quote enclosed with free chimney with its installation ) assigned the job and made the initial payment of10% i.e Rs 58796/- on 18/01/2022.After so many meeting for interior design structure finally they sent the link for payment of 40% of the amount (Rs 348861/-) which was paid on 24/02/2022.On 3/03/2022they sent the signoff doc and same was approved, after it no information about the work was informed when i asked for the report on 5/04/2022 the in-charge informed the materials are getting ready. They go on giving excuses for not carrying out the work on 17th May 2022 the in-charge informed that materials will be delivered to the site and asked for the payment of remaining 50% which i paid on 11th and 17th of May 2002 of amount Rs 408004/- which is the final payment hoping that work will be completed with fortnight, but they failed to complete the work till today. on 30th July 2022 the in-charge informed that some minor work is pending i can visit and hand over will be done. i along with my son visited my flat for taking over i refuse to take the hand over but the in-charge convinced me and promised me that pending work mentioned in the Annexure-1 will be done within 2to 3 days.then i wrote letter to CRM and the project manage who is in-charge of the work about the pending work and damage they did while carrying out the work( handover with Annxure-1 is attached).but they did not complete the work till date and giving so many excuses for it.
Earlier on 12/07/2022 written letter to CRM and PM in- charge regarding delay in completing the work and demand for the compensation as per the Sign off doc Sl No 4.and sent it through WhatsApp again on 31/07/2022 i wrote the letter to all the concerned regarding pending work and damage caused during the work and requested to complete the work and hand over the key.
After waiting for so many days and no information being received by them i finally decided to fight for the justice and get the compensation and the delay in completing the work, financial loss i had since my son was staying in a flat at Bangalore which is his work place and paid Rs17000/- PM till June though i own a flat. And the stress not only by me but my family also.I hope i will get justice. Was this information helpful? |
