I purchased a customized Entertainment Unit (Estimate no: K 163) dated 26th March 2017. Against the promise of the delivery of the product within 2 weeks, I got the product delivered to my house only after 4 weeks. The product has mutiple defects, which I am providing below:
1. Door on the left hand side storage space, not aligned & getting closed properly.
2. Glass cover on the top of the unit has still not been provided
3. Painting and polishing of the unit is absolutely third grade.
I have spent INR 25K of my hard earned money on this wasteful product and repenting now. The salesman Mr. Jalees (a sweet talking conman) got me and my wife to trust him and has since disappeared. Have been in touch with mutiple people of the shop including Jalees, Shahid, Arzoo etc but this problem has not been fixed. They make you pay the full amount prior to delivery and for any shortcoming in the product, you are left to the mercy of their unprofessional staff. I am contemplating moving to consumer court for a complaint and recovery of my money as this unit is absolutely third class with all its problems. Was this information helpful? |
