I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday. I have purchased 3 tickets from International Tourist Center travels through Redbus from Delhi to Dehradun as per the ticket the Boarding point details was Kashmiri Gate Metro station, Gate Number 2, i reached there on time 9:00 Oclock but no one was there then i called on contact number [protected], [protected] and they asked me to come Anand Vihar near Indian petrol pump which was very far from the borading point and the have not given the travel route details due to this my family harassed by them they went haridwar then rishikesh then they have droped my family on wrong location in the night and did misbehaviour, so they have be punished by you please take action against them and remove this travel from Redbus if you not remove or break the agreement so you Redbus company will be lost the reputation and company dignity.
Bus condition was very worst and A/C was not working.
