I am travelling from Pune to Indore via Intrcity smart bus. This is supposed to be an AC bus but the AC has not worked through the entire journey of the bus along with almost 3-4 hour delay.
Despite multiple complaints to the staff and company helpline number no action was taken. All passengers in the train are getting suffocated and in discomfort.
The bus drive drove malfunctioning bus the entire night with no internal or external lights working no ventilation or AC in the bus. Terrible service by the company staff and help desk staff as well
