Intrcity Bus Service — Lost luggage

Our luggage was dropped out somewhere without our knowledge and was not given back to us at our destination. The driver or the helper did not have a clue on what happened to our luggage. They gave us a token when they put it in the boot and we still have it with us.
Nobody is responsive and are talking to us about the issue. There is no cooperation from the bus service provider. We don't know what happened to our luggage, if it was a planned robbery or an honest mistake. Please help us here.

Disrespectful speach against us, mentioned we drunk but the person who checks booked seats was drunk and smoked infront of the passengers, bus mentioned on board restrooms but the restroom was locked, i have picture and video evidence of the restroom issue and the person who mentioned that they are allowed to drink and smoke inside the bus because the bus was owned by them. The picture/video evidence is not able to upload due to large size, i can submit to the respectful place.
