Intrcity Smart Bus — I am complaining about my refund issue

My name is Rani Devi., I had booked bus from intrcity app on 4th March whose pnr no. ic[protected] This is when I booked the balance due to network issue in the village but the bus was not booked, I then backed it from the app and saw that there was money in the app, so I thought I will cancel and book again and this payment will be returned But while canceling, issue happened again in their app and that money didn't come, I called customer care so they said no bus has been booked for you., Toh I said my payment got deducted then he said I will come back I said ok but looking again he closed the query appam and showed that refund policy is canceled within 48 hours then you will get all the money. Then I asked him that I have booked today and canceled it in 10 minutes, so how can I go back 48 hours before and cancel my 5192. They ate the money and I have not got that money till today.. because they say go to the time machine in 2nd date and cancel the 4th ticket. How is this possible? And tell them something, sir, this is our refund policy..
