Intrcity Smart Bus Travels — Driver co-assistant cheated 749 inr

I have booked a ticket on your Travels ( two Persons ) from Bangalore to Coimbatore for travel date of 14.11.2024 the details of bus is given below

I carried out appx 2kgs of luggages with hand carry. The bus assistant told me that luggage will not be allowed without a bill or luggage ticket, so take it the ticket here and He gave one phone number for booking a luggage bill and he suggested me for gpay 749 rupees. He ruded me and shouted in front of bus passengers to pay immediately. I paid 749 rupees for that given phone number. But hedidn't give luggage bill at that time. He promised that he will send the bill after reaching the office when I reached my destination. But yet not received the bill. I had very bad experience in my travelling. Take necessary action against cheated personnel @intrcity..

No response from customer care yet now. Customer care service focussing the passengers review only not caring about customers complaints.
