1. The company marketed a software product called invictron for digital marketing through instagram. We had purchased the complete package for 2 years at rs 50000/- cost ( details mentioned at https://invictron.ai/go).
2. The list of multiple goodies INCLUDING one on one calls with all the three founders was promised. But the promised packages are still not delivered even after almost 2 months.
3. The customer support is completely defunct and there's no help provided as was promised by the company representatives during the online webinar.
4. Despite our repeated requests, the company has not taken the grievances seriously and so this complaint is raised to prevent this fraudulent company from duping other customer's hard earned money.
5. Also, the existing customers should be refunded the amount since they are not able to provide any customer support.
