Iocl Attapur — Rude behavior and drunk Staff including manager

Hyderabad dealer code 165974,
Pump name Masab tank S/S.
First of all only one staff is working at night.
There are other staff who were sleeping only one drunk person was working.
When I complained about the drunk staff, the manager siad that this is how we work.
I demand action against the staff. And confirm the receipt.
