Ipac Italiana Passione — The product is not working

Sir I have purchased one IPAC HAND BLENDER: BLEND N MIX having Sr.no.[protected] in October 2014. The product has guarantee of 18 months. This blender is not working and is DEAD. The contact nos. given[protected] and mob [protected] are not in use. It is requested to you kindly replace the product within 15 days from today i.e till 20th june.
