I have downloaded and register myself into ipaysay android application, in ipaysay app, there is a offer called, "add 1000 and 50 cashback", i added 2000 and i got 100 cashback and total in my wallet i have 2100 and i tried to recharge my mobile and recharge is not getting succed and after few days, the money in my ipaysay wallet was debited (2100) and now i have 0 balance and i send them a mail about this issue, they told me, we have checked and we will refund you and from 9 days, they are not refunding my money.
