Iph Department Of H.p — Complaint of water problem

I, Manoj Jamwalh resident of VPO Darang Teh. Palampur, Distt Kangra P.I.N 176060 working as a Structural engineer in Delhi. My parents both are staying at home as above mentioned address.

Sir, Last two or three months my parents are suffering from water problem. We have a private connection. Firstly our private connection pipe cuts from many parts by lineman I don't know what is for that.
Sir line man not doing own duty with responsibility. Water supply process is below third class.
Maximum of villagers are doing line man duty in place of govt. authorized or govt. employee (Line Man) because line man is always absent from responsibility.
IPH Darang have complaints so many times but no action is held by any related officer.
This mail is last hope for us please conduct surprise visit above mention location and observe all thing actually what is in process. All matters are very difficult to explain in writing.

We do verbal and written complaint in IPH office DARANG. He says, we will check in two three days. When my father written complaint for water problem to SDO IPH Palampur. He says we will check in two three days. But till date the IPH department has not taken any action.

I feel that this is clearly a matter of job irresponsibly and we are suffering IPH departmental careless. I have humble requested to u please do help us.

I am feel sorrow when i listen my parents sound on phone and tell me beta aaj bhi kuch nahi kiya unno nay.Sir kindly advised me what should do in this condition.
