Hello There,
This is Kuldeep Sonkhala S/o late Mr. Kehar Singh Sonkhala Village kachhali P.O. & Tehsil Sandhole Distt. Mandi (H.P.) would like to draw your attention & log a complaint that in my house there is no water supply from fifteen days, this interrupted water supply happening on very regular basis, we found the route cause is local water guard who is referred by the Panchyat Pradhan, this water guard does not supply the water to our house, IPH local officers including SDO very much aware this problem as we taken up this issue several time with them & visited our home multiple time, we were told that the water guard is appointed by the Gram Panchyat Pradhan & they have no authority to take any kind action against him, later I taken up this matter with sitting Gram Panchyat Pradhan & was assured to do the needful required but the changes of any action against local water guard are bleak.
At present I lives in Muscat along with my family, my old age widow mother suffering with multiple chronic diseases staying over there & she finds extremely difficult to cope up with this problem, I requested all most every body concerned, unfortunately result is ZERO, further, my humble request is to resume the water supply at my home on above location on regular basis.
Since I do not have any experience to handle such issues I seek your opinion to proceed further.
