Hi,

I ordered an iPhone 6S clone from http://iphoneclones.in/ for Rs. 17, 000 Cash on Delivery on 4-Apr-17 and I received the order today i.e. 6-Apr-17 after paying Rs. 17, 000/- in cash to the Delivery boy.

To my surprise the phone is having Android OS with an iOS theme in it. The Camera is very bad. Finger Print lock, App Store, iTunes doesn't work. Even after inserting a network sim card, it doesn't even recognize it and says "No Service". Does not even manually or automatically scan for networks. The Wifi network is also not connecting properly. It keeps on freezing and restarting of its own.

I tried reaching the guy named Kevin, who called me to confirm the order, but now his phone number +[protected] is set on call forward and then it says the number you are trying to reach is switched off. The website says "All products come with 1 year warranty and 30 days return policy". But I do not see any link or any contact number on the website to arrange for a return. The parcel didn't even had a invoice copy for reference.

Please help me on how to recover my money. Any help would be highly appreciated.
