Dear Sir, I had Purchased a combo pack. Pen drive had not been working.It shows a message that Ishoud consult custmer care help line, but phone no. is not working.Order no. was50414 dated 12.3.2016. Please make pen drive to be intalled one time more. send any code or method Or Please Crrect it. Please extend its validity also. Screen shows the Message:'You can use this pen drive on maximum Three systems. For more information, contact custmer care@120-4363636 or mail us on care @ iprofindia.com .' Please make it in working condition. Please extend its valitity also. My email ID: [email protected] and my Mob. no. is same as at the time of purchasing it. Address is also same.
