I am writing to file a formal complaint against iQOO, a well-known mobile phone manufacturing company, regarding a recent order cancellation and the subsequent non-refund of my money. The details of the complaint are as follows:

I have made several attempts to contact iQOO's customer support through emails and phone calls to inquire about the status of my refund. However, I have not received any concrete information regarding the refund. The responses have been vague and unhelpful, leaving me in a state of financial distress and frustration.
I strongly believe that iQOO's failure to process the refund as promised is a clear violation of my consumer rights. This has caused me undue financial stress, inconvenience, and mental anguish.
I am left with no option but to seek the intervention of the Consumer Court to resolve this matter and obtain the rightful refund. I kindly request the following actions:
Initiate legal proceedings against iQOO for violating consumer rights and failing to provide a refund as per their own policies.

Require iQOO to refund the full order amount of [22299] along with applicable interest as per consumer protection laws.

Impose appropriate penalties on iQOO for their negligence and non-compliance with consumer protection regulations.

Provide any other relief or compensation that the court deems fit in light of the circumstances.
I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including the order confirmation.
I kindly request you to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and take necessary actions to protect consumers' rights and interests.

I am hopeful that the Consumer Court will ensure a fair resolution to this issue. I am ready to provide any additional information or attend any hearings as required.
