A 5 year old kids is charged with an excess fare ticket of about 1900/- during the train journey for no ticket by the ticket inspector. Is this the correct penalty for a 5 year old without berth in AC 2 chair where the ticket fare for an adult with berth is 1500 only.
Demanding of extra charges should be by rules and regulations.
