Just by making complaint here, i don't expect any result. But this is to inform and aware all other friends who are responsible for maintaining it infrastructure.

Though it was tough to convince my management, i was very proud to take the best internet connection for my office. We switched to tata since reliance customer support was bad. It was working smooth so far though there was sudden link failure in weekends without informing clients. But it was ok as we had couple of other backup connections.

The most surprising part came up with another sudden disconnection on 30th september, 2014.

The harassment was unbelievable, the customer care people share wrong information, they were not able to provide crm's contact details. We called the person (Who was crm as per cc), he informed that he left tata long back and helped us sharing another contact. Now, this person was saying he is no more in that department and shared another one contact.in between the support ticket was closed with note, "connection restored". Finally we were able to reach one technical person who was related with our connection. He informed that the support ticket is closed already, so he can look into this only when a new support ticket is created. Wow! What a response. We had another ticket and directly shared with that technical guy, he promised that he will look into this and revert. We were waiting for him but he had never come back. When we called he finally share crm's contact number. The great person, crm (Mr. Manjunath), i feel the most irresponsible guy, who does not know the meaning of his position. An the person (Somnath sinha), to whom crm reports to, he is also a genius, being sweet, but no work. Just blaming other department. Finally he admitted their inability to provide the connection due to some technical issue and said he will arrange to close the matter and refund the money back. For this also, i have already called 7-8 times, still no concrete answer.

They always say that they called us but we didn't pick. They simply lie. They don't call at all other than payment collection. I have called or emailed almost 20 people to resolve the issue or update, but no one came up with specific answer.

Sorry to say, but surprised how tata became the no.1 isp in india.

They had taken money for third quarter but it is still down till this time.

I have couple of questions, please answer if you are working in tata leased line department. I already sent couple of emails with with my queries but these thick skinned, shameless people didn't even bothered to answer.

1. How come a corporate leased line connection can be discontinued with out prior notice?
2. Why the customer care people does not have any update about the issue? I found them helpless since they were listening all the from customer.
3. Why customer care does not have updated service escalation matrix?
4. Why customer care and other back-end team sharing contacts for other people and asking clients to call them to find out the issue? Till now they did not share the escalation matrix.
5. I went up to all levels, other than customer care nobody send us any reply till now in single follow up. What this nodal officers are doing?
6. Why they are not bothered to responds clients email?

I am really shocked to see this kind of attitude from all the officials from tata top to bottom and surprised how they are doing business or i am the only victim.

I have all the details in written can share all, please think twice before taking this highly paid service.
