I booked IronOut for a simple laundry service, but the experience was terrible from start to finish. They delayed the pickup, and after holding my clothes for two days, they suddenly informed me the items would be dry-cleaned instead. I asked for my clothes to be returned and requested a refund.
Both Manish and Kapil, who claimed to be managers, assured me the refund would be processed within 48 hours — it’s been almost 20 days, and I still haven’t received anything.
To make things worse, the app doesn’t support postpaid or COD, as if customers will run away after handing over their own clothes. Overall, highly unprofessional and not recommended.
