Isbm is not a ugc approved university but they manipulated me by telling it is. I had submitted 3000 as enrollment fees.
I want my fees to be refunded. Moreover, non-refundable fee clause can be challenged as unconscionable under section 23 of the indian contract act, 1872, besides being in violation of the principles of public policy.
