Isha Shoppe — Neither received the product ordered nor refund till date

I ordered for 3 items from isha shoppe through online shopping on June 2015 but i didnt receive the products, subsequently i claimed for refunding back amount paid, through emails and telephones but they have failed to do so.They emailed recently saying that the claim amount will be considered as "donation "'
(the email they send on february 2016-- Please acknowledge this request by latest February 5th midnight. After that date this refunding possibility will be closed and the balance amount will be considered as a donation.)
