For the purpose of transporting my TV from Bangalore to Andhra Pradesh, I searched online, where a company named Logistic Mart, whose website is www.logisticmart.com, provided the transport dealer’s contact number through SMS. The transport dealer named (ISHU Logistics Packers and Movers-[protected]) our deal for transportation was fixed at a total of Rs. 3000/-. On 25.11.2023, the company’s person took my TV from my house for transportation, and I paid his total money Rs.3000/-, but after taking my TV, did not give any information about my TV that where it was. After asking him, the dealer ISHU logistics packers and movers sent a new bill of Rs.6270/- on 27.11.2023 without giving us any prior information. Therefore, we contacted the company, Logistic Mart, to return my TV and Amount 3000/-.
I have also Logistic Mart and sent messages to Logistic mart through WhatsApp. But the company (Logistic Mart) is not responding properly, and they are not given my TV and amount. It seems that they don’t have any intention to refund my money back and my TV also, therefore, I am requesting you to help me in this matter.
