Ismail Store — wrong product delivered

Ordered shoes via Facebook Shorts ad (Order ID: 0JPETc-1744609, ₹339, 05 Nov 2025). COD, but not allowed to check product before paying.Delivered shoes were wrong color, size & design.
I sent my grievance via WhatsApp: no reply, no customer support, no option to return or cancel.
