Hello All,

So, a lot of people do have experience of BPO industry. As its seems that there are many career growth opportunities and learning here in this industry. I do had joined the industry with the same purpose and surprised to see a ### man named Mayur Mathur. He got hired on a higher post in ISON BPO PVT LTD. (LET ME HIGHLIGHT FEW MORE POINTS ABOUT THIS BARSTARD MAN- A JOURNEY). so this man had worked with hell lot of processes. But the saddest part is, he had ruined business of all his previous organisation. He was in aegis gurgaon in flipcart process and due to his poor management skills, that process get ramp down. As a proof of his poor skills you can google (complaints mayur mathur aegis) you will come to know about the work style he is following. He want his employee or associate level or junior of mayur's post to work like slave and obey his all bad things as well. He had ruined many adviser's life as well. He is master in holding salary of people or firing them from job with totally illogical reasons. Now, the worst thing is that he knows his capability very well and knows that any company can kick his ASS after seeing his work. So he is a good player here as he always remain a chaddi baddi dost of HR Team. After that he joined Aegis noida. Here he worked as a process manager in Vodafone premium process. Again as per his dumb character he had played with advisers life and had a so called kept here ( i will not recall her name) . His so called kept with worst performance got promoted as team leader with no reason. After that kept start teasing agents with full confidence and unnecessary attitude that do whatever you wanna do. If people do ANY COMPLAINTs regarding her, those advisers got fired with personal grudges. He had fired many people who were working there from long time with dreams in their eyes to get promoted with their hardwork. Then, a girl got promoted without sleeping with this so called manager. But this was not acceptable by him and he approached that girl. That girl filed a complaint in HR TEAM of aegis of Harrassment for Mayur Mathur. But again as i told earlier he used to keep HR team on his fingers. HR team brutally supported Mayur Mathur and helped him in WINNING this case. They had made process atmosphere like nobody would talk to that girl. After sometime process get ramp down. He got moved to PAYTM process ( a vast process of aegis) divided into sections - PAYTM kyc, movies, large appliance, PAYTM marketplace, PAYTM payments bank. Slowly slowly by his worst management skills all the processes one by one got ramp down. A big monatry loss for Aegis. One more thing I want to highlight that with Aegis he do have some chamchas of him.After that he joined ISON BPO PVT LTD., Here again he start playing with people life in name of performance. People were taking care of process very well before he came. He start people firing in name of performance. He fired many of advisers, team leaders, senior manager as well. Performance is only one excuse actually he is bringing his loser chamcha team here. He is a very bad person. He harrased many girls. Be aware of this fraud. Even though if someone speaks against him, he follows that person that in which new company he or she is going and again with help of few ### he eat many jobs. We all are aware that bpo in small industry with limited domestic bpo's. He had ruined many lives, ated many salaries, had harrased many people mentally and physically. He is very dominating person for girls. He always used to run a team without girl excepting his kept and kept's friend. Be aware of this manager named Mayur Mathur
