I am getting my quarterly Annuity of Rs. 7875/- for the above mentioned policy no. 041Q[protected] through ECS in my State Bank Savings Account No. [protected] in the Thane Main Branch since November, 2009
But I have not received the said amount so far which was due on 1-2-2014.
Please check at your end and let me know the status.
