ISRO — Recruitment scientist/engineer eligibility request to become it 6.80 instead 6.84.

Respected sir,
My name is amit dubey i am a mechanical engineering. Sir my dream job is engineer in isro and i have done lots of project interestingly and that was the reason to join as mechanical engineering course. But during my studies my mother's health got critical for long time and as i'm belonging to a middle class family and being a single son, i had to care my mother, that affected my study and at the end my cgpa 6.80... And that restricted me to fill isro eligibility criteria 6.84 for gen category...
It is humble request to you by this little change, in this criteria, lot of youth like me who dreaming to get entered and worked with india's proud isro, will very thankful to you.
