Issue Of Street Dogs — issue of street dogs

With due respect i want to attract your attention towards the issue of street dogs in our street (243 model house near char khamba chownk and model house gurudwara saheb, ludhiana). 4 dogs are roaming freely making it difficult for walk around. They bark whole day and night and are causing disturbance to our locality & its very scary for kids.
One of them had bitten my neighbor’s kid also.
Our kids are not comfortable getting out of house due to this.

Secondly,
In night from 1:30am to 4 am they daily mess with the cars parked in streets put scratches on them broke wipers and all.

Please look after this matter as soon as possible
