Myself Guru and Deepika, we take treatment in the hospital located in Coimbatore for the past 1 year. We are facing severe difficulties, insults and being hurt by the management and maintenance team. We are basically from a middle class family and we own an suzuki alto car, whenever we come to the hospital we face difficulties in the parking system. The security regularly gets the key from us to move the car for their feasibility. Recently 3 weeks before on a normal sunday we came to the hospital and handed over the key to the security and went for regular checkup for my wife who is 4 and half months pregnant. After completing all the necessary checkup we came to the car and found the car broken down. Before that the security was moving my car for other cars to park. I asked him about the incident which happened to the car, he did not respond to me properly and he said "i did not do anything, it was not my fault" but the technician who handled my car said the gear got broken due to rough handling after a long struggle i got my car back to normal condition. From the next appointment, I was afraid to give my car key to the security and said "i'll not give you my car key, if you want to move my car please inform me i'll do that for you". He kept silence at that time. On 10th of september my wife had an minor operation in that hospital, the same happened, i did not give him the key, after sometime he searched me and found me in the 3rd floor and starting yelling at me, "you should not do the same, If you are not handing over the key, you should not park your car at my hospital. This is my hospital, first go and talk to admin team, I used to drive many cars such as Audi, benz, it is not my fault you may have many complaints in that car", and i felt ashamed for insulting about me and my wealth and said, "yes, but stop shouting at me, i will handle this thing with the admin team" and therefore i went out to take my car there was no need to move my car, every customers in the hospital did not face any difficulties in the way i parked. From that day, the management and maintanence team are responding, the same day the other guy from the maintanence team approached me and said please park your car at the basement and he asked me when will you take your car and i said i'll take on monday.Today (Monday) i started my car drove over the upramp and found the gate locked. the same maintanence guy came over and said" why dont you say this before that you are going to take your car" but i told this on saturday itself. He said "Wait, i'll get the key, i was waiting for arrival, he did not come for the past 10 mins, a housekeeping was lady crossed that way, I asked her, "May i know where is he" she responded " he went to have his breakfast, Please wait i'll the key for you".She helped me to take my car outside of the hospital.
While i was preparing my wife to get admitted in that hospital, we found difficulties in finding the room, we felt very comfortable staying previously in the room 333 which is at third floor which has no-AC, i could also save some money because the rent of the room was feasible for me. there were only few rooms in third floor, that too AC rooms which costs 2355 rupees. other rooms i and my wife was feeling comfortable. So at one point disappointedly chose 324 room which has AC, and was fighting for AC remote, the same maintenance guy involved in this, one AC remote is provided for one floor it seems, so if have to turn off/on or change the temperature, i have to go out of the room and ask the neighbor or the sister, even if it is night or day. The bathroom was not at all clean, the buckets and mugs were too old enough, and it has salty patches and greeny patches in it.
I hope you can understand my problems i face at the hospital.
