It Depot Chennai — refund of the order advance amount

This is in reference to the order advance that we paid on november 2017 for the msi laptop under the name of mackson at the it depot showroom in thiruvanmiyur near rto.

We have not been mentioned about any cancelling policies or about the gst in prior to the ordering product. While ordering the product we did not get any kind of information that we will not be able to cancel the order. As we we were out of station and have bought another laptop from abroad, we need to cancel the order payment of 5000/-inr unfortunately and we need the order amount of 5000 to be refunded. As there is notice of taxes or policies have been mentioned to us when we paid the amount. We already had a telephonic conversation with showroom members and we have been informed that we will not get any refund on the money we paid to you.

Expecting the solution with the refund of 5000 inr as soon as possible for the continued business relationship as a regular customer.
