Hi People, I am Dinesh who worked on past one year in Itflex solutions as a PHP developer, here i shared my experience what i got from that company, First they have only bidding projects on Elance. The higher staffs who working on itflex solutions have no knowledge about software Industry and how to run the company. they think employees are slaves. and they gave lot of pressure and torture to me. i have worked 12 hours per day. but they didn't gave any incent due or increment. while I'm joining they said every six months once we'll provide increment but they didn't. so please dont go to that company for interview and job. they are fake and cheated people.
