The complaint is about the employee named yagneswaran working in tcs it park, siruseri, chennai.

The requirement for the job opening in tcs was for oracle pl/sql programming during oct 2006 and he showed 3 years

And 8 months in it which was fake.

Prior to joining tcs in mid of nov 2006, he worked in tech mahindra, pune from 1st week of april 2006 to 2nd week

Of june 2006 on contract basis for a consultant in mumbai. He hardly worked there for 2 months and was jobless for

About five months before joining tcs. But even for that jobless period from mid june 2006 to oct 2006 the

Consultant gave the experience certificate as if he worked till oct 2006 in tech mahindra.

Prior to joining tech mahindra, he worked in a company named intellilife. There he had not worked in any oracle

Pl/sql related projects. Projects shown under pl/sql programming for about 3 years there were fake.

The candidate was selected by tcs without proper background verification process and such kind of people should not

Be given opportunity to work in big corporate like tcs in the future.
