18th sep at around 1043 am i received call from fraud no. [protected]. The lady informed me that she is calling from sbi mumbai worli branch head off when i checked in true caller it was in itconsaquele, delhi address. She informed me that sbi is replacing cards and upgrading the same, shortly u will receive sms for the same and informed strictly not to delete that msg, because the upgraded card will be delivered at your residence only after showing the sms. Later she slowly started asking me the credit limit, expiry date and card no. I gave her wrong information then asked her why she required card no and pin no. She was not clear while replying, i shouted on her, imdtly she disconnected the call. But the no is still working and she is ans the call with same procedures. Was this information helpful? |
