In 2019, I worked for this fake company.
After a month, they said that since I have not worked according to the clause that said, I had to do 1000 captchas in a day, but what they said on call was 100, that is pretty reasonable to say yes for.
They asked me to pay rs.
5000, right away or they will file a case against me.
After 4 yrs, I got a call from a number, that said that the Ministery has opened the case again, about the same, because I have not, ended the agreement, and it was renewing automatically for these years.
I have to pay either 300000, or 19900, to get an ending certificate.
He said he is an advocate from Arbitration Court, New Delhi.
Or else, I will have investigation team at my house along with the notice.
What should I do know? I already gave him 2000rs.
I got the NOC from that fraud company, still it says that.
And, when I said, you can talk to my lawyer, he said he is putting one more article on me, for wasting his time.
What should I do? I don't have enough money and courage to go to court, to fight for something that I didn't do.
