Itech Sol — FAKE job post with admit card

I received envelop with the heading "Ap-AGR-RUR-CROP". On the envelop it state that it is from ITECH SOL. 196 Patel Nagar New Mandi Mz Nagar, UP 251001. As this was cash on delivery so I paid Rs. 525as per slip. But when I opened the envelope there was a random digital marketing brochure which was not related to me. I came to know it is some kind of fraud.

Kindly resolve the issue and get me my 525 rs back please.
