Itechworksolutions — fraudulently asking for 3999

I also faced the same problem i was blocked from filling the form when i reached 698. And they told me to pay 3999 and than complete my left forms following that i will get the salary along with the penalty paid by me. Sir plz help me what should i do.
I received a legal notice too.in which they me that i have to pay 3999 if will do late i have to twice and if i don't pay than also than i have to pay 25000
