ITI Tarsali — Too long time to take printout of learning licence

Dear all,
At Tarsali iti, for learning licence, I have passed & after that, they take 3 hours to give me printout of my LL. Even I have asked them shall I take to print it outside, but they denied & they told me they will give it print on special page.

Overall there is very bad experience of service of licence team at TARSALI ITI.

L licence printed on RTO special money value paper if server not responding so we are helpless to print .It is not our fault server service provider is transport deppt.
