Itke Factory, Kogilu Layout, Yelahanka Post — No water supply at all from years

We Built a house nearly 9years back and since then we don't have water facility on Bande road near St, Michael's English school. Few years back they asked us to lay some pipes assuring that water will be supplied through some bore well directly to our homes but that lasted for a short period. Few months back huge pipes were laid for the same purpose but not to our house, but no water supply yet. Can some one please look into this matter please and see that each and every house gets water. And also clear up the mess created on these small roads which are very difficult to move on.
