It's A Home — manhole overflowing and drainage is flowing into house

Sub: house is being filled with drainage water due to manhole overflowing from road into house

Just out side of our gate we have an open manhole. It is overflowing and resulting in filling the house with drainage water. Our basement is flooded and drainage system in the house is jammed.

Please help as soon as possible!
