"I am registering this complaint against itspleazure for sending a defective product and completely ignoring my refund request. My Order ID is ITP27295, and the amount paid was ₹6, 999. Since the product delivered was faulty, I initiated a return. According to the courier tracking details, the return parcel was successfully delivered back to their warehouse on 21st June.
Since then, the company has completely stopped responding to my messages and emails. Furthermore, despite this being a sensitive personal wellness item, their pickup executive did not respect basic customer privacy during the return process. Instead of processing my rightful refund back to the original payment mode, they are unethically forcing a replacement. I demand an immediate and full refund of my ₹6, 999."
